Measurements
For the recipes in this blog, I will try to give quantities – even rough quantities. For a cup measurement, I’m going with a 250ml cup. For a teaspoon 5ml, and for a tablespoon, the Australian standard of 20ml. The tablespoon is on the hefty side compared for example, to English, US, and possibly other country standards so adjust where necessary
